Job Summary:
|
She/He manages and monitors the
Stores’ activities in order to maximize sales and guarantee profits through
an accurate cost management
Guarantees a regular support to
the Retail Manager and the Area Manager
|
Responsibilities:
|
Sales
- Support
the RM/AM in sharing annual and monthly business objectives with the
Store Manager and assures weekly and monthly follow-ups proposing and
implementing eventual corrective actions
- Proposes
and implements actions with the extent of supporting/increasing sales
even by using the synergies among Stores (e.g. sharing clients, etc.)
- Support
the Retail team in monitoring through KPI analysis, the LP stores identifying
the under-performing ones and implementing corrective actions to
ameliorate their performance
- Analyze
store business processes and identify opportunities for improvements
that increase profitability or efficiency.
- Constantly
communicates the importance of Loro Piana “Selling Excellence” to the
Store Staff
- Is
actively involved in the monthly sales closing operations with
Department Stores.
- Is responsible
for gathering competitor’s performance from each of our store managers.
- Guided by RM/AM supervision is supportive in store operation
tasks.
Selling Excellence
- In
cooperation with RM/AM assures and monitors the stocks’ organizational
standards (layout and product positioning) defined by the Stock Keeping training
- In
cooperation with RM/AM is supportive in the constant follow up and
implementation of selling excellence guidelines and practices
Client Management and CRM
- She/He
is supportive in the process of CRM KPI analysis
- Cooperate
in eventual opportunities regarding in-store events, coordinating with
the competent Functions, keeping himself constantly updated regarding
the market and the reference competitors.
- Once
agreed with RM/AM communicates and shares with Store Staff the
activities/actions to hold towards the clients in case of complaints,
particular requests, substitutions, etc.
Store Staff
- Supports
the training organization in the store, coordinating with the HQ Retail
Excellence Function
- Is
supportive for the development of a cooperative and efficient workplace
environment, assuring a constant dialogue among the HQ, the Store
Manager, the Store Staff, the Operations, the Visual Merchandisers and
Buyers
- Is
constantly active in the application of the legislation regarding
hygienic, safety and health conditions of the store in line with company
policies, cooperating with the HR Manager and the competent HQ Functions
- Guided
by AM supervision verifies personnel planning of the stores guaranteeing
a proper management of holidays, extra-hours etc. in order to adequate
them to the affluence of client

Skills and abilities required:
|
·
Passion and high
motivation for the Luxury environment and for Loro Piana Brand and products
·
Minimum 3/4 years’
experience in consumer/retail industry (Luxury sector is a plus), with a
demonstrative leadership and management skills
·
Creative and detail oriented
with strong communication skills
·
Excellent level of
English
·
Strong computer
literacy – MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
